If you submit materials to us (manuscripts, proposals, portfolios, artwork, correspondence, etc.), you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to submit the materials,

The materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights,

The materials are not defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful,

You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents.

License Grant

By submitting materials, you grant Zefara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, store, and use the materials solely for the purpose of assessing potential collaboration and business opportunities. This does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to us.

No Obligation

Submission of materials does not create any obligation on Zefara’s part to publish, distribute, respond to, or enter into any agreement with you. We reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason.

Confidentiality

While we will treat your submissions with professional discretion, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality for unsolicited submissions. If confidentiality is critical, please contact us before submitting to establish a formal confidentiality agreement.

Return of Materials

We are not responsible for returning physical materials. Digital submissions may be deleted after evaluation unless we enter into a formal agreement with you. See our Privacy Policy (Section 9) for retention periods.
